Your 341 Hearing:
After you've filed a bankruptcy case, you're required to attend this meeting usually located in Salt Lake City.  Remember to bring to this meeting four items:

1. Your picture ID.
   
2. Your Social Security Card.
3. A most recent pay-stub.
   
4. All bank statements which covers the month in which your case was filed.
